There is full extraction covering 2 x 6 burner hobs , deep fryers, oven etc. There are stainless fridges, work benches in their masses, separate extraction unit with double pizza oven, plate warmer oven, microwaves, meat slicer..... there really is far too much to mention. To the rear is a very large storage area complete with a large walk in fridge and freezer and more storage to the rear. The kitchen is tiled ceiling to floor and the whole of these two areas are of very good condition. The bathrooms, both of which are fully equipped for disabled use have double sinks set in a marble surround with cupboards underneath – these are also beautifully decorated. Separately there is a very good sized office with good quality shelving, desk – an ideal place to keep your business paperwork in order. This restaurant could easily lend itself to being a specialised restaurant or a multi-cultural style menu. You would definitely need a few hands on deck to run this professional bar restaurant therefore being more than suitable for a large family to run.
